Who we are
Athletes development Professionals is a multi- sport training extension program of the Training Room, designed to help the young athletes grow, strengthen their athleticism, and develop good sportsmanship. Our program teaches the technical and tactical aspects of various sport disciplines. We believe and encourage our athletes to start early so they can develop the right aptitude, skill, and knowledge needed by their various sports. We create and promote safe avenue for individual and team development through coaching, and encouragement.

Our mission
We develop young athletes to excel in various sports disciplines.
We accomplish this by:
- Developing their muscle physiology and mechanics, muscles ligaments and tendons unit biomechanics, and performance engineering that will make them faster, more explosive, stronger, skilled, and less susceptible to injuries. This is the foundation every athlete needs to improve their performance
Program summary
Athlete development programs are designed to be progressive and multi-directional. Training includes practicing linear and lateral movement patterns, high impact and low impact intensities, acceleration & deceleration changes, Position and skill development, core strength and stabilization and energy system development. We pay close attention to maximize learning, safety, and results.
